I tried to love it and tried many ways to make it last but the nail keeps falling off. I watched her vids on TikTok, but it does not work for me. Sadly the gel glue just does not work for me and the nails fall off couple hours later :(

Scam company, horrible rude owner - the negative reviews are all true

well where should i start? item purchased may 16, was shipped and got lost bc tracking stopped updating. i politely reached out after 3 weeks of waiting patiently to be told they’d reach out to the carrier the next day. heard nothing. followed up again. got another load of BS about processing times. finally said a few days literally that i’d like a refund as the package is clearly lost (june 5 was the last tracking update and it was literally now july 23). now it gets fun - they rudely told me that i just emailed them the day before (untrue), it’s not their responsibility once it’s shipped, that it will get to me eventually (never did) and that i’m bound to their site T&Cs so basically, tough sh*t (amazing customer service!) so clearly this delulu owner who apparently thinks she’s moonlighting as a corporate lawyer needed a lesson in how the actual law works so i happily explained it to her and told her if she wouldn’t send a replacement or refund, i would just dispute the charge w my bank. she then replied saying “don’t worry we’ll forward them our shipping policy which your credit card can’t go against either” LMAOOOO this fool really thinks she’s out here passing laws with her makeshift shipping policy on her shoddy fake nail site. so i yet again had to take her to law school and explain the concept of a clickwrap agreement (i signed nor agreed to any of her makeshift T&Cs) and even if i had, her fake law degree clearly never covered the Fair Credit Billing Act which protects consumers from horrible business owners like this. despite this education, she replied to my email with “Go for it” re: opening the dispute (this is all still coming from their CUSTOMER SERVICE email account). So I of course I did and got my money back bc you know, laws, and sent her a reply that just said “Did it” with a screen shot of my son dispute. Blocked her after that and would highly recommend anyone considering giving this woman money to spend it literally… anywhere else.
